Institute of Environmental Studies & Wetland Management (IESWM) is one of the pioneering institutes in the country known for its contribution in the conservation and management of the ecosystem. IESWM has been mandated by the Govt. of West Bengal to act as the State Project Management Unit for implementing the Integrated Coastal Zone Management Project funded by the World Bank in the state of West Bengal.
