1. Mandating SPMU to implement the project.

2. Establishing office and other resources to manage the project.

3. Recruiting and retaining staff to manage the project.

4. Establish systems for HR, financial management, procurement management, communications, grievance redress, etc. to manage the project effectively.

5. Monitor progress of project effectively.

SPMU office has been established and it is functioning  with the  following dedicated wings:-
Administration, Finance, Procurement Communications, Technical Analysis, Livelihood Development, Grievance and etc. to manage and monitor the project effectively.
